  • Pre-removal audit

  • Non-licensed training provided to plant operatives carrying out excavation of contaminated soil

  • Separation of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM’s) and other materials from excavation arisings with the aim to minimise quantity of contaminated soil to be removed off site

  • Continuous sampling of excavated materials

  • All audits recorded

  • Complete CDM2015 compliance

HOW ARTISAN ENVIRONMENTAL MADE A DIFFERENCE

  • Pre-commencement meetings with the client and contractors to obtain permits required to commence the works

  • Full investigation involved determining the location, type and extent of any asbestos contamination

  • Once the survey was complete and the full extent of contamination properly assessed, Artisan were able to suggest a cost-effective solution and minimise the extent of materials required to be removed from site

  • On site presence every day of the project to supervise and audit works through to completion.

Artisan Environmental was hired to oversee the removal of asbestos cement debris from a large stockpile. The intended use for site was e-commerce warehousing.
