Asbestos products may potentially be found in any domestic, commercial or industrial property that was built (or has undergone refurbishment) prior to the year 2000.

The HSE CAR 2012 Regulations specifies that all persons likely to disturb asbestos materials as part of their work are required to attend an Asbestos Awareness Course. People this affects includes trades, builders, demolition contractors, structural engineers, site managers, and is also useful for architects, designers, chartered surveyors and all those involved in property related sectors.

Artisan Environmental have created a training course that specifically aims to raise awareness of the dangers of asbestos so that the potential risk of exposure can be reduced.

Our IATP accredited course is a half day classroom based course, and aims to explain the main hazards associated with asbestos exposure, legislation and methods by which risk can be reduced. You can attend at our Fareham Offices, alternatively, we can run the course at your own venue or workplace.
