Training Courses and Welcoming New Staff

Non-licensed works training course

It has been another busy month for Artisan. Not only have we been providing essential Asbestos services all over the South Coast but we have also been busy keeping up with the demand for our Non-Licensed training courses.

New starter

Artisan would like to give a very warm welcome to Bradley Pannell.

Bradley has joined the team as a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor.

He is excited for the opportunity to learn and develop within the industry and has enjoyed carrying out surveys in his first few weeks. Bradley loves the varied working day at Artisan and the role gives him the ability to work face-to-face with our clients, whilst also building relationships with his colleagues in the office.

Bradley’s main goal is to gain his p402 qualification and to progress his career at Artisan Environmental. We are delighted to have him on board and look forward to helping him develop his knowledge and skillset within the Asbestos industry.

Bespoke IATP Accredited asbestos training course

Artisan Environmental offer a bespoke IATP Accredited asbestos training course geared towards individuals employed to become an operative in the asbestos removal industry.

Delivered as a mixture of classroom based and practical training, the course will enable the candidate to gain knowledge of asbestos removal practices and procedures that will enable them to work safely as an operative to the required standard as stated in the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR2012) and Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidance.

Education sector case study

We took some images during a major refurbishment/demolition asbestos survey carried out within a private school during their half term break.

The work involved a complete refurbishment of their swimming pool changing block.
